Volunteers NeededThe PTO needs more volunteers to help with the many fun projects happening at Kittredge this year. The poster for sign-ups is located on the PTO bulletin board in the school lobby. Most of the jobs only require volunteering one time for one or two hours. Many hands make light work! Please volunteer today!

2005-2006 Memory BookI am looking for a volunteer to take pictures throughout the year for the New Kindergarten Class at Kittredge. NASA Spring Soccer RegistrationRegistration for the North Andover Soccer Association (NASA) 2006 spring season has initiated using the popular on-line registration system found on our website www.nasoccer.com. Returning or new members may register for the spring season via this link or may register at the walk-in registration on Wednesday, October 26th, 2005, at the North Andover Middle School from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. After November 4th, NASA will only be accepting late registrations (with late fee for returning families) until team rosters are filled. Please do not wait until the last minute to register, as NASA has needed to turn away many last minute interested players in the past two seasons.

Dr. Martha Lindsay of the Alternative Veterinary Services of North Andover will present a program about "How to choose the best pup for you and your family" from 5:45pm to 6:30pm. All ages are invited!! You can come close and pet the pups OR you can stay at a distance comfortable to you and just WATCH the pups!!! EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO JOIN US!!! Come, meet the pups who will be there with their owners to answer questions about where the pup came from and WHY the owner decided on that particular pup! 4th and 5th GradersThe Youth Center will be open to all North Andover 4th and 5th grade students from 1 pm - 4 pm, Saturdays, for a fee of $2. There will be organized activities like basketball, flag football, arts and crafts, dancing and more as well as loads of free time in the Youth Center! The first Saturday at the Youth Center for 4th and 5th Graders is on September 24th. See you there!

Memorial Park CleanupThe Friends of Memorial Park have scheduled a cleanup of the Park for Saturday, October 22nd, 2005 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Memorial Park is located across from the Library on Middlesex/Greene Streets. Please consider dropping by for an hour or two. Bring rakes, shovels, gloves and wheelbarrows. We will be cleaning up and mulching. For more information, please contact Phila Slade at +1 978 683 9282. Special Thanks to Peter Breen Landscaping who has provided mulch for so many of our Spring and Fall Clean ups and to the many Boy Scout Troops who have helped with our clean up efforts each year.
