All parent volunteers are invited to a light breakfast on Thursday, June 3rd, from 8:00AM to 9:00AM.

$2.50 each:

This additional menu choice will consist of higher-quality items, such as leaner meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, steamed rices, and whole grain products. The cost of the new enhanced meal is $2.50. This enhanced menu is optional and is an addition to the regular menu. Please contact Erika F. Only the Enhanced and Alternate Meal will be offered during the month of June.

Field Day is scheduled for Friday, June 11th, with a rain date of June 18th. Grades 1 to 3 will participate on the morning from 9-11AM and grades 4 and 5 will participate from 12:30-2:30PM. This is a fun and exciting day for everyone. The students will be on the playground for a long period of time and we need to plan ahead with some suggestions to keep everyone safe and happy. Please remind children that good sportsmanship is MOST IMPORTANT!

Slip on sneakers (with no backs) are not safe to run in.

Registration for the North Andover Soccer Association 2004 fall season will begin on May 1st using our on-line registration system found on our website www.nasoccer.com. Returning or new members may register for the fall season via this link or may register at the walk-in registration on Wednesday May 26 or Tuesday June 1, at the North Andover Middle School from 7:00PM-8:30PM. After June 4th, NASA will only be accepting late registrations (with late fee for returning families) until team rosters are filled. Current NASA information may be found on the NASA website or contact registrar@nasoccer.com for questions.

Monday, June 14th is this year's race. Information is coming home via backpack at the end of this week. All checks can be made out to Kittredge PTO. Remember to have your child dress appropriately for outdoor activity and apply sunscreen. The Atkinson Elementary School Staff and PTO would like to invite all parents and friends of the Atkinson Community to an evening reception in honor of our principal, BetteAnn Coyle, who is retiring at the end of this school year. Please join us on Wednesday, June 9th, 2004 from 7:00PM-9:00PM at the Atkinson School to bid Mrs. Coyle a fond farewell.

The North Andover Cystic Fibrosis Walkathon raised $130,000 for CF research! Team Zach and Joey raised over $5,000 of that. We had a terrific day, and enjoyed seeing so many of our friends there. Your donations, support and good wishes mean so much to us. Thank you.

Registration for North Andover Booster Club Football and Cheerleading programs will be held, Wednesday, June 2nd from 6:30PM-8:30PM at the Middle School cafeteria. Any boy or girl entering grades 5th-8th by fall of 2004 is invited to participate. Birth Certificate and proof of North Andover residency are required at the time of registration (i.e.: driver's licensed, utility bill).
